    still fast af
    still a v good special

    if we're solely speaking of ogp scrolls, then

    Praying Mantis - despite having one of the worst fence edgers in the game, the rest of the scroll still holds up very well. The scroll has great reach despite none of the combos being able to angle. The punch combo is still great for pressuring. The kg dodges are very useful. The kicks are still alright too.

    I may name more after, I'm just having a hard time thinking of others that still hold up quite well outside of the obvious (Shoot, Zin Tkd)

    Shidokan and Regular TKD have the most solid delay/range/speed/stun out of them all. High tier items that are very viable.
    Muay Thai, Shaolin and Mao gong are also 3 amazing scrolls. All fast, All got delays and all got their own utility.

    But I gotta give it to Shidokan. Second position depends on 3 factors.

    Edge: Muay Thai
    No Edge: Mao Gong
    Skill Factor: Shaolin

    if you don't screw up, you can wreck someone's hp in half with just a few combos.

    pretty sure that applies to all scrolls though
