About 2nd Role Mastery board

Hi all. I'm a newbie, and I just got 2nd role (FC3 now). Pls help me to build Mastery boards (board 2 and 3 as in pictures). I'm a healer of Wutang, love fast grinding alone ('cause I find no one around ><). Thanks.

Board 2:
I don't know what numbers 10,15,16,17 mean.



Board 3:
Completely have no idea ><. Which are good for a lonely healer like me (to vs mobs) ?

 

Hello My Guy,

10 Increases how long your FORMATIONS/TRAPS last
15 Decreases how long your DEATH STAT PENALTY will last
16 Decreases how much EXP you will lose when you die
17 Increases the range at which you can cast a FORMATION/TRAP

14,17 MAXED
SMASH CD REDUCTION (MISSING) MAXED
NUMBER OF FORMATIONS/TRAPS INSTALLED (MISSING) MAXED
EXTEND AOE EFFECT OF FORMATIONS/TRAPS (MISSING) MAXED
Others optional

BOARD 3:
1 MAX (PARTY LEECH)
4,6,7 MAXED
9,10 MAXED
11,17 MAXED
5,13 OPTIONAL
PARTY PHYS/CHI DAMAGE (MISSING) MAX

I am at HI6? so my board is not done yet as well. Feel free to correct any improper allocations.

 

Thanks. So good. But can you tell me why Board 3: 9,10,11 MAX? and what 12 means?

 

BOARD 3:
9 MAXED gives you access to PARTY PHYS/CHI DAMAGE
10 MAXED lets you instantly cast FORMATIONS/TRAPS that explode
11 MAXED gives you DEF REDUCTION for one of your SMASHES (This is for PVP)
12 is PARTY DODGE which increases your evade (chance to avoid enemy attacks)
