    Send the help desk ticket via e-mail instead otherwise you will get a reply to send in a second response from your e-mail address. They want you to verify that you are the owner of the account.

    Inside the e-mail, write "My Rumble Fighter IGN (in-game name) is <Your IGN here>, I would like my resell password reset.
