123% going up a level?

Hey guys serious question. If I up a gear from one level to the next, ie. Take a m33 item and up it to god 1. If the m33 item is at 123% will it lose the 12% like normal, or will it only go back to 120% when it goes to god 1?

 

I think it will lose 12%, would be logic imo

 

Yea I agree but just wasn't 100% sure on it because of the Sealed and Unsealed wording and whatnot. Unfortunately 123%'s aren't common enough to risk it on the research haha.

I was just told that upgrading after 123% only takes 3% off. Shinnen can you clarify?

 

Done and its 100% Sure it loses 12%
u need to do 132% then upgrade to get to 120 next lvl so on from m33-g1-g2-g3-g4
