the scroll isnt op only thing is the kick combo and pucnh combo have static effect. in punch it has wider reach and the last kick in combo hits pretty far in juggle maybe about Mt range but if u drop juggle and hit the last kik the spark launches dont really catch so dropping in a extended juggle is impossible tbh. i havent tried doing nammu after to see if you could do like advii drop though might work ? have to test it out.
