I don't quite understand how he did this. You need 15 skins to make the hat and then the blazing jade, freezing jade and the two skins. You can get the emblems from the chests but that would mean this guy or a group of people have farmed East/West temple for the entire weekend event + some. The chests alone would be insane with farming.

Does Kylin drop any of these mats?

 

ye well cant say his name but a *VN* told us he knows all bugs from korean mby he share info i don't know.mby the boss can drop parts know never tryed to killl it.would not be do able the normal way.

From the 21st Rum was only just able to attempt to fight Kylin, maybe another 2-3 people as well. I don't know who else was farming with Rum. Highest person is Brace, who is white side.

Brace might be doing it with Rum and the other top players, it might be possible with a lot of farming. They could have farmed the hell out of Kylin with double drop exp and drop cards.

 

lol rum was in LL for this event i know that cuz i seen him 80% of the time.

 

I also saw him spending a lot of time in Hefei so I don't really know. I doubt support would even know if you asked them :/

Kylin doesn't drop the hat. It drops skins which you need to assemble to make the hat.

 

not sure but i think on KR version boss can drop those clothes with low chance. I am not defending him but i don't think hat would be the first item to make with those skins

if the Kylin items drop that best explanation else he had very high azz luck with skins cuz i recall on GC was hard to make without hacks

 

For example: i did some icy runs with some of my friends and minis and EVEN moobs dropped ps 6 clothes. We killed in total like 50 moobs or so and we got 3 cloth drops. What is the explanation? It's simple: certain dungeons have higher drop rate compared to GC!
