Boxes?

Boxes are one of RF's primary sources of income. Even games that have millions of players that don't even need the income have them because its simply a smart business move. Its pretty one sided to be against them when 99% of the people here would be more than happy to release a few if the profits were benefiting their bank accounts.

If a scroll, say Pencak, sat in shop for 24 hrs, even if it was never given out again most of us would still have it. Pretty sure there are wayyyy more "older" (not even gonna say gen b4 some loser gloats about how long they've been haunting this game) players than there are newer.

 

Didn't read the whole thing but it's not my prob..... Point is we have too many boxes and if they released items everyone would buy so its A win win and screw those who brought boxes and got perms because I never have.

The big prizes are permanent, not timed.

 

Could have sworn I got a timed dark slayer from a box during ogp's closing deee astros thing

But still, I'm fine with gatcha, just no timed crap, that's just dumb

 

The boxes just need better rates.

 

They can't just put only perm items in a box. Then it wouldn't be a gamble.

 

I'm cool with wasting money on boxes to get what I want.

Boxes give people chances to show stuff they gambled for and paid for. Just don't like it when they rub it in people's faces though. ;(

Nah... they're boxed for a reason lol. Some rare scrolls and exos are just too op to be put in the shop

 

The only time i buy boxes is when i'm feeling i have a good chance, usually i'll get what i wanted in the end.

Yes they could. Other games do it. LikeGA2's gacha. It's always a perm item, it's just exactly what it is you don't know.

But again, the rates are the real issue.

I really do.... it's like an ongoing never-ending cycle of money spending! yay! buy boxes to get more stuff, find out someone else has something you don't have, and buy MOORE! rofl I love RF
