Can´t Start the Game!

    Hellou,
    It seems there was some new patch when I was away couple days.
    I tried to start the game - No working when I try to press "Game Start"
    No one else was made any threads about the issue.

    So:
    • I uninstalled the game.
    • Downloaded the game.
    • Installed the game.
    • It seems it downloaded some patch.
    • After the download I press "Game Start"
    • GameGuard downloaded something.
    • GameGuard crashed.
    • Game didn´t start.
    • Opened the 9Dragons launcher again.
    • I tried to press "Game Start"
    • Nothing happens.

    So anyone else have the same problem?

    Update:
    • Uninstalled the game already 2 times.
    • The GameGuard error code is this: "Tampering of the game file has been confirmed. If the same symptom persists, try reinstalling the game"
    • Tried this with other computer too and the same error code comes from there too and the game don´t start.
    So I think the problem is no in my end.. Yeah its weekend, so nothing can nobody can do.
    It seems this same problem has some others too.

    Update:
    Tried with steam.. and the game don´t work in that way.

    Tries 3rd laptop and the game starts working.

    So with 2 other computers it´s not working...

    But yeah with the 3rd laptop I cant play the game because it´s ****.

    So let´s try next week again. Happy weekend ---->

    Same issue for me as well, tried re-install a total of 16times. Each time in different ways.

    Update:
    It's not yet working, but I have tried this:

    Run as administrator.

    DirectPlay feature is ON.
    [​IMG]

    Windows Firewall ALLOW is ON.
    [​IMG]
    Avast is OFF.

    Windows Firewall is OFF.

    Installed the game to the C: Disk.

    MicrosoftEdgeWebView2RuntimeInstallerX64 is Installed already..

    Register cleaned using CCLeaner.

    The only way I have ever gotten pass this error/bug, is to do a Restore back to the last day you was able to play. Now the issue has come back. Sometimes my anti virus software had blocked 9D and I had to allow it thru the AV and Firewall. But the restore always fixed it for me.

    Update:
    Xlauncher.log file = it seems there is Server Version 349 and Client patch number is 348.
    I don´t know if this have to by the same number. If the problem is this :D

    Doubt it will work, but try and change the 348 to 349, but we are on 349 patch.

    I also have had great results by installing 9D to a different HDD/SSD or to like My Documents.

    Yeah, I tried to change the value 348 to 349.
    And when I open the 9Dragons Launcher. It automatically changes the value back to 348.
    So nothing happened after that.

    You can try uninstalling and reinstalling into a different location on your computer.

    A previous player who had experienced this issue was able to resolve it after reinstalling windows. It could be a change made to your system which is conflicting with 9Dragons.

    Whaat.. Reinstalling windows. huh huh.
    Next tip, plz. That is something what I am not going to do. I have company things configured, that works 100% at this system.

    Same thing is happening with two computers. Big Computer and Laptop.

    It's me kProphetk - Did you try a System Restore? Like I said I have done this to my system when I have had this happen and it would fix my game. Also turn off any Software that you use to stream/record you game play (especially FRAPS). Some of them will cause your game to not launch, no matter what you do.

    In this case, we understand it may not always be the best idea to do so. We are looking into this issue and will make an announcement once we have more informaiton.

    Game works! ^^

    Solution was this:
    • New Game Update from RedFox.
    • Fresh 9Dragons Game Installation.
    • Run as administrator and Windows Firewall ALLOW is ON for this 3 - .exe files.
    1. NDLauncher.exe
    2. NDLauncher2.exe
    3. Ninedragons.exe
    I think the solution was that New game update. ^^

    Thanks for the help and I hope if someone need help in the future. She/He should check this thread ^^

    Yes. Last night's maintenance should have resolved the login issue.
