Hi all, first of all thanks for the excellent update, will be fun. I have an issue, I had a superior blue dragon guardian (lvl 5) and now I have a Jiangshi (lvl 3), should I issue a ticket? or this is a known issue that will be fixed later? thanks again! Enjoy
Yeah... Mine were also swapped. My superior blue dragon was on a different char than it was before... The same happened to the white tiger superior pet... could you please fix that?
I have 2 character: acc 1 lose pet Tiger sup and change to Jangshi, acc2 change Blue Dragons Sup to Tortoise sup.
Same happened to my Phoenix pet sup. I Think the best thing we can do is to make a support ticket with more details such as Character and server etc etc.
Lol, i have 60+ sups and havent logged in since 3 weeks. Dont wanna know what circus has happened in my Guardian repo. Guess I'll wait with downloading the game until everything has been fixed and been set to order.
This shjt here is exactly why we need a dam Test server! To test all this crap b4 it hits the main servers.
Please submit a ticket of the issue so that we can report the problem. Don't forget provide the name of your character and server.
With all do respect, I thing its better to have your dev team look at this rather then have a flood if tickets. I already summitted mine long time ago, buy I think it's unacceptable to have the game down for 5h and ask to a ticket rather then fix a problem.
Yes, do not flood the ticket system with map down, and launcher down problems. You can post the issue on the forum and the issue can be quickly addressed when we see the post/thread. However, please submit a ticket if you spotted a bug after P238. We are currently compiling a list of issues right now.
