Loulan epithet materials

Hi,
Is it enough to create Loulan epithet materials with band create attributes 50%, superior tiger guardian +15% create buff and Premium (new) +15% create? I tried with band 50% and tiger pet +15% create. Failed all 10 times to create . This npc can not use mcg x10.
Someone tell me the create secrets . Thank You ).

 

Isn’t the rate listed as 1% or something like that?
1% base rate + 50% + 15% + 15% = 1.8% success rate

Base rate is 7%, with band 50% + Tiger Pet 15%+ new premium 15%, you will be at 12.6% chance.
That being said, sometimes it can go well or other times horribly wrong.

Why a Dark Kylin Pet ? Does it have a success create buff ? Is there a place where we can see the pets and their buffs ?

 

Superrior tiger guardian lvl5 give 15% create buff, but thats low. Dark Kylin i heard have 100% create
