Healers can't buff other players?

    Hi guys , i have noticed that buffing other players doesn't work anymore , anyone have some information regarding this issue?

    There is a bug where a naked healer cannot buff the others (especially Shao healers). If that is the case just put some random relics and weap on you. If you already have gear on try re equipping it .
    Also there are some restricted areas where you can't buff the others like for example in Hefei.

    Just take off your wep and put it back on, also make sure your wep isnt 0 Durablity.
