    I'm almost done with the main story, should I play hearts of stone first or blood and wine??

    Blood and wine is better than the base game, so it depends if you want to end it on something good or something that's pretty even with what you've played so far.

    I agree with @Jazztech Blood and Wine is not that bad yet The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will always be on tough of my favorite.
