GM, why did You change past buff that remained on alts into other buff? Suddenly after 6 months You have to do it? What a surprice. Yes, I`m talking about this one from 3rd Anniversary with create chance: Increases Refinement Success Rate by 25% Increases Create Chance by 50%
The question is: Do this kind of buffs reallly works? Or it is only an icon? There was a moment they changed it for some days like this: Looks great, right? Belive me I tried, but nothing special happened. I was unlucky like always. So since last update it is like this:
The buff may remain, but after the event period, it may not work anymore in the case of the 3rd Anniversary buff. So please enjoy the buffs while they are effective during their event periods.
Why this is the first time when You changed the past buff into useless one? "Increases Create Chance by 50%" does not match the last event? Strange thing with this epithet anyway. I finally opened today the "OBT 2016 participant box". This item was still in my backpack, but the epi had to be deleted. Sorry for the confusing post. The buffs will remain until they expire, however, certain buffs may or may not work after the event period.
