Healers and hybs can't buff in Tao!

    Just letting staff know that I tested my hyb trying to heal and be heal my healer and both healer and hybs buffs are not working in Tao.

    I only tried it in KL and Tibet.

    they work in pvp maps only it seems, its blocked like hefei for pve maps.

    Well I tried to buff my hyb this morning in KL to go farm the bosses and I can't buff either char. I'm at the hospital with my sister for her surgery. I'll recheck again once I'm home.

    Same seen here, didn't try some PVP maps but worked at BP, Hefei, Bamboo, clan base never worked since a month and ZZ and Datong not anymore since last patch.
