    The exocores and scrolls that went from RC to carats, is this a permanent thing?

    it should be, da other scroll was permanent, hitman etc is top 10 scroll and is permanent so dese other one should also be indeed faktz.
    tbh i glad they do this, have a lot of scroll right now so might as well do like league of legend where price of champ decrease as champ count increase but dis case is after so many RC scroll, eventually get convert to carat indeed faktz.
