Here goes when I start refining a brand new weapon and I add the sleeping blood dragon to refine to lvl 1 it tells me it’s nkt the proper material! Well yes it is I’ve only played 9D since acclaim days! Is the sleeping dragon lvl 1 from npc bugged? Or did I miss a thread somewhere on this?
Some people who have had the same problem said you change the directory of the game installation to a folder that's not apart of your "C:\", "C:\Program Files", or "C:\Program Files (x86)" folders to fix it.
