NEED HELP WITH XKERNAL ERROR...

I cant login the game..its says xkernal error with something about MR.BASEMODEL.XP..can someone help

    This means that one of your game files has been changed or removed.

    Please try the following.

    1.Uninstall and reinstall Nine Dragons Awaken.
    2. Before running the game, make sure to add all PlayRedFox, Nine Dragons Awaken, and Nprotect GameGuard files to the exception list on your anti-virus/firewall.

    Don't let 9D install to PlayRedFox folder. Period!

    The default installation is messed up, best place is to make your own folder in My Documents or anywhere.

    Try it bet it fixes it!

    And I'm back!!!
