Blood demon skill pill compensate

Hi I am blood demon warrior db 1. I lost all my skills and i was wondering where do i get the compensate pills for the reset?.I ran around all npc at clan base but i have no quest or any clues to get it? any help please

You just miss the compensation quest.

Class Balancing

• Initialize character skills and mastery points. Compensation quest is available from June 19 to July 10 for all character level 30+. Rewards: Clan Contribution Points (300k), Increases Kung Fu Experience (900%) (100), and Chakra Purge.

I made a new character today, reached lvl 30 and got the quest. So it isn't removed yet

 

You can get the quest from the npc where you learn basic clan skills.

 

I still cannot get the compensate pills?
Can you please fix it?
