RF tickets taking way to long to get done

    I forgot my resell password and they taking a really long time to do it I sent mine 4 days ago and still haven't gotten a respond and Spenders are almost up really enjoying RedFox great company

    I sent a ticket about me being steam locked once, and they took a whole month to reply to it Lol

    also i sent one recently too it took them like 4-5 days to reply to it too lol

    If you are sending an inquiry for a secondary password reset, you will need to do that via e-mail (rumblefighter@redfox.freshdesk.com) with the following message to prevent account identity fraud.

    "Hello, my Rumble Fighter IGN is <your IGN here>, I would like my resell password reset."

    This will still create a ticket (and you'll receive confirmation of it via e-mail) but you'll just save yourself some time as creating a regular ticket will just give you an answer asking to verify that you are the account owner.
