Also it doesn’t rlly make sense why the carat spenders is substantially better than the rc spenders for lower tiers considering the fact that rc is real money, hence another reason why I’m saying that the carat prices should be raised (once again constructive criticism).

There's no keylogger program. Your account has been linked to his steam account probably. I was hacked last year and that's what the guy did, he somehow got a hold of my password and got into my account, then linked it to his steam account so that way he doesn't have to log in with your password anymore, he can just remotely get into your account and use it from his steam account. Phishers are using that method now to bypass password changes. Go to helpdesk.
