When did the damage triple

    Damage/hp ratio may not have changed but the arm stat was definitely nerfed extremely hard, arm sets are pretty much useless now. Even at 90+ arm the reduction isn't even close to 10% and I think doesnt even hit 5% compared to before it was over 25%. Just watch older videos of arm sets and then find someone in game with an arm set and test it out.
