Ok I bought some large sealed beads from the Item Mall sometime recently and I got low opts from them, normally I am not one to complain. But I spent real money on those for low opts?! Wth is that, I feel like I got majorly ripped off, I can use normal sealed beads for low opts. They cost nothing and drop everywhere even on off-event time. I think this should be looked into honestly. Those aren't exactly cheap either.
If You got low option, write to support because Large Bead from IM should give You medium to superior option. BTW we have highest options ingame, so what it is superior level?
I don't want a refund or anything, they probably wouldn't give me one anyway. But if I post on forums, maybe they will see it. Others it happened to maybe reply here. Maybe something gets fixed.
