Scroll Idea "Another Renegade"

I guess I can't name the scroll "Another Renegade" so I am taking name suggestions for this scroll. This scroll is meant for mid-range combat and 1v1 matches. It's supposed to feel like an "Old School Scroll" but it's meant to be able to go head to head with some of the new scrolls.

I was thinking it was kind of lack luster but I want something that draws back towards the old school style of RF scrolls but I feel like i'm missing something important, got any suggestions?

 

What is the point of another renegade?

 

I was thinking of Mid range attacks but certain combos will have longer distance on the knockback so it's a 1v1 type scroll meant for medium sized platforms Example - Moon/Third/Dos Middle. I want to see what else I can do to it to make it worth 25k cause right now it seems very lacking.
