its not the game though...its the people and their decision... can the game be better... Yes...it can will people be people....YES...unfortunately....we all have our own nuances...which we tend to project on others.... the players are the main problem when it comes to being toxic...but that is the life of online games
It is possible as we did have an event called "Refinement Buff". All characters who login that time will get that buff (50% success rate) for 3hours. All so we have thing which I usually call Loulan Tender Stone. So, 33% is possible (not apply to everyone, but possible). Even 100% success guarantee is possible. The point is, you need to learn how to make those happen.
