    Whoever it may concern to,

    I have read the previous posts, and would like to add that there are issues with connection to Tao Game Server too.
    I am able to connect with Yin server, however it says "Could not connect to the game server" whenever i try to connect with Tao.

    Not sure if it's an issue at Client-side, or a hint that I should switch to the popular Yin server :) I would really appreciate you to look into it.

    Worst publisher ever, every event, servers down, every x2x3 event servers down, everything has a problem wtf

    They are off duty now.... Don't expect anything for now... 8-10 hours of no response because of the time zone.

    I have tried Yin login, and I can't but my friend is can. I think its depend by first character. If first character is in hefei. That account will can't login to select character although other char is not in Hefei. But, if first char is not in Hefei. That account may can login.

    If everyone reads the comments. HF and Icy are having issues on both servers. RF staff are out of hours now and im sure they are resolving this as soon as possible. Please be patient with the team please.

    It would be much better if they put a option in support website to move your char in starting location when this kind of things happen.
