I'm trying to transfer my account, I heard it needed to be done like a year ago or something but I forgot and was already planning to come back to the game at a later time. I'm trying to come back now but I don't know If I can still transfer my account.

 

Unfortunately, you can no longer transfer your account from the previous host & you will need to start over again.

 

Why did they do that? That's completely not fair I spent a lot of money

 

You can't anymore, Gamescampus wiped their data. If they had it still you probably would be able to transfer.

 

I know the feeling of missing the transfer event

Can't transfer anymore. Have to start again. The transfer was a year ago and last 1 month.

Not fair is when you do a quite a few spenders events, boxes, collect rares and you miss the transfer from ogp to GC... start over again on GC and again do a few spenders, boxes, and some rares...just to miss the transfer to Redfox... AND then start over again, do a few spenders.. so on .....

 

Looks like you know the feeling.

For real.
If you're invested enough, then you should be keeping tabs.
Everyone was given more than enough time to complete a transfer request and in both instances they extended it too.​
