Question - armor refine rate

    The armor refine rate is as the same as the weapon's?

    I failed (downgraded) 5 times grading +3 to +4 (and some from +2 to +3 including)...LOL

    Just a question, not complaining

    And if it's different, what are the rates?

    Clothes are much harder than weapons. Exact numbers, I dont know of anyone knows.
