Bracers with dexterity??

i was planning to build my new nuker and i saw that bracers now need dexterity in order to where them is that right or it is just a bug? can anyone explain why should be dexterity?

 

Dexterity now gives ck attack rating and ck dodge too. Con now gives def too, you should check the new stats system.
