well it's like 10 on steam so maybe like 6 dollars worth of RC? but I also got this code for a costume, so if you want that maybe like 8 dollars? and then i got all these others games which i will try to force you to buy so i can get 15$ worth of RC
He didn't redeemed the key(code of game) so he can still give the key to some1 else and let him redeem it, and use it.
So w/o the code there would be no game? And once you redeem the code that means you can't give it away?
It's not a key/code. It's a gift. Basically like you can trade CS:GO/Dota 2/TF skins on Steam you can trade games the same way. To explain it easier, he will give you an item that you redeem in order to get the game.
