    they arent rigged. u just have terrible luck. i got casanova perm from normal boxes (50 chests)

    just got troublemaker (perm) today from a normal chest. I can confirm you can get every single skill item in those frozen lake chests from normal. just spam normal rather than hard because it is less time consuming.
    I got snowman bfe perm
    i got casanova perm
    and i also got trouble maker perm
    ALL of those mentioned in the list above can be gained from a normal chest permanently

    200+ normal
    30+ hard
    after much time i finally saw it.... NEW! on the scroll inventory
    i was excited until i saw it.... 7 DAYS

    same here, casanova seems to be even more rare tho

    i really hope they let us sell those snowman bfe cause they fill backpacks easily

    IKR i was farming with 3 other people
    2 of them got casanova PERM at the same time me and they opened chests
    and guess what i got.... F***** INUIT SET
