To those who share my disappointment in losing the contest.

I was actually hoping your scroll would have been picked.

 

No idea why people bash on icebreaker so hard; it might have been skewed from the original speed demon type scroll it was supposed to be but the extreme mid combo stun levels with a safe launcher + omnigrab status makes it a formidable scroll for most situations

 

Some things are kinda obviously questionable as to how the devs are gonna do things like Heartseeker's counter just becoming Sambo counter but I'm not worried about most of these suggestions.

Well considering I did my homework to make my scroll as authentic as possible but I didn't even get an honorable mention 2000cc prize when people who didnt even enter the contest won said runner-up honorable mention prize you'd be salty too if it were you but you got your prize for Volt.

 

it's because the scroll hits way too close to home

the animations are ugly like me irl
the back grab animation makes no sense like my existence and the glacier is unnecessary like my existence too
having a launcher on the 2nd hit means the 3rd input is never going to touch anyone, just like my **** irl
how the counter flings sideways is a metaphor for how my life has taken a turn for the worse, and how I've deviated from everyone's expectations and ended up disappointing them instead
the ground hit, the only thing done right, is supposed to represent the faint glimmer of happiness in this meaningless existence, but it isn't saver proof so in reality there is neither happiness nor hope, only bottomless despair

I also forgot to mention you can't saver out of the front grab which is a huge advantage
