Looks like I didn't play for a long time.
Which level do you need to be for it?

 

level 200
5th job isn't an advancement like the others; it's like super hyper skills

 

The timed version does have a normal counter. The perm has a counter thats a hat trick I got it 3 days aftr the start of that event

 

But hyper skils are from level 140.

 

but 5th job is 200 and instead of having a whole bunch of new skills nexon decided to make it almost exactly like hyper skills

Look through the Creative Corner sub-forum. I believe you'll find a thread with links to all the map textures people have made.
Then just replace the standard map file with the new file after the RF Patcher finishes patching but before the RF login prompt shows up.

Hey... Milo is cool, ok? Ok. In other news, these BFE scrolls are the reason why RF and NimoniX are garbage. Destroyer BFE should have been just Destroyer. TKD SE should have been just TKD, Guemgangtu SE should have just been Guemgangtu. But they won't stop being lazy and won't stop making this garbage because they know that you guys will shell out hundreds to get a slightly better version of what would otherwise be the exact same scroll/exocore
In laymans terms, they can bring changes to scrolls/exos that desperately needed upgrades and that's evident in SE and BFE scrolls/exos but they choose not to because they know they can milk you cows every step of the way. The players encourage the devs laziness.
