[EVENT] Ruler of the Night (FFA Tournament)

When the autumn moon is high, who rules the night?​

Rules:

• Free for all tournament.
• Entry is first come first serve.
• Stat restrictions:
  • ARM, STR, SPD, JMP must be < 50.
  • HP must be below < 4000
  • SP must be below < 400
• ExoCores are permitted.
  • Banned ExoCores: Any Boss Mode ExoCore
• Banned Scrolls: None
• No items will be allowed.
  
• Avalon Drivers are not allowed.
• Any runes can be used as long as it follows above stat restrictions.
• Wings are allowed.
  
• Panic attack +1s are not allowed (since they are items), but double panics are fine, since they're an intended mechanic to help lower level players.
• See timeline of tournament below.
• Additional rules and clarifications will be added as needed.

Timeline:

Qualifiers, part I (Rounds: 1-8) - Friday, November 11, 2016 (Starts at 16:00 PST)​

• 14 qualifying rooms will be made.
• Each room will have 3 rounds.
• Each qualifying room will allow 7 users (one spot reserved for GMs to observe),
• This means there will be a max of 98 entrants.
• Entrants can only win one qualifying room and cannot be permitted to continue playing in more qualifying rooms.
• Entrants who do not win a qualifying room are allowed to join new qualifying rooms.
• Each qualifying room will be password locked.
• A password hint will be given through megaphones during the time of the event.
• 1st place winner of each qualifying room moves on to the semi-finals.

Qualifiers, part II (Rounds: 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14) - Friday, November 18, 2016 (Starts around 15:00 PST)​

• 6 qualifying rooms will be made.
• Each room will have 3 rounds.
• Each qualifying room will allow 7 users (one spot reserved for GMs to observe).
• Entrants can only win one qualifying room and cannot be permitted to continue playing in more qualifying rooms.
• Entrants who do not win a qualifying room are allowed to join new qualifying rooms.
• Each qualifying room will be password locked.
• A password hint will be given through megaphones during the time of the event.
• 1st place winner of each qualifying room moves on to the semi-finals.

Semi-Finals - Friday, November 18, 2016 (Starts at TBA, estimated 17:30 PST)​

• Semi-Finals will consist of 14 players. 2 groups of 7 players.
  
• These two rooms will be played following the same rules as the qualifying rooms.
• 1st place from each of the two semi-finals groups will advance to the finals.

Finals - Friday, November 18, 2016 (Starts after Semi-Finals, estimated 18:00 PST)​

• Finals will consist of a 1v1 match.
• Best out of 3.
• Map: Blacktop.

Prizes:

• Qualifying Participants (98): Tournament Headband
  • 
• Semi-Finals Participants (14): Tournament Cap, and Tournament Hood
  • 
• 2nd Place (1): League Promotion Shirt
  • 
• 1st place (1): Knight of Death Set
  • 
  • 

Note: Prizes stack. Example - If you hit first place, you will receive Knight of Death set, Tourney Cap, Hood, and Headband.

Event Duration:

• Qualifiers - Friday, November 11, 2016 16:00 PST (it will last until 14 rooms are complete)
• Semi-finals - Friday, November 18, 2016 (Time TBA)
• Finals - Friday, November 18, 2016 (Will be shortly after semi-finals).
