2 of the decos were in the CBT moonshine lady resource list, but after OBT opening they put them out of there. I don't remember all the the stats just only that it gives +45 to all attributes. You need some blue dragon tocken to exchange it, so I think that we will be able to buy these decos from the item mall
Pay to win again? IF they put magical or lucid decos in IM i'll stop to play. I'm tired of IM OP itens (including new prem buff 40 all -.-)
Some of those Korean decos look a lot better than some of the rags we've had to put up with in the past lol.
