    1. To be honest, the purpose of the What's New is to publish what is new... at the moment. Unfortunately, a lot and I mean a LOT of people skim information, so if we posted it early, they would go looking for it in game, and report that it isn't there.
    2. Also, the timing of the posting is so players have an extra thing to do while the servers are offline.
    3. Details change a lot, so it's best to post the finalized version of things.

    well thanks for clarifying that, was always confused about why it would always show up later than what i had expected, appreciate it gourdy!


    this is false^ i've put in about 2 tickets and each one gets answered within 2 days max lol.

    A month ago I wouldve agreed with you, but right now I've got a queue of tickets. One sent the last week of June. One sent around the 4th of July and another one sent last week. Not a single ticket has been answered. Even tried contacting by email, still nothing. Some terrible "service" if you ask me.

    I sent in a ticket about my Medusa Exocore being glitched like 2-3 days ago and it still hasn't been answered..

    not false that happens to some people, its best to open another ticket if 10 days pasted. I usually get an answer the same day or a day after.

    The problem is that I paid for this exocore so that I can use it but I can't use it nor can I sell it.
