Yea they aren't the same

 

The people who complain about scrolls aren't good. Sorry to break it down to you but it's the player and not the scroll.

 

i mean yea but still. fundamentally some scrolls are better than others. thats why tier were created. this list is just about your personal top based on how scrolls are on paper

 

all them new scrolls flashy and op. Got me confused fighting
