First you guys don't even have the decency to give us patch notes, you give us shockingly low rates on drop and exp and then you increase the price of statues to extortionate prices. 300k and 1.2m for the upgrades... You have fucked everyone over who didn't have the funds before the update. The 'unexpected server downtime' and a patch with no visible information but you patch the game to increase the prices..... You do get them from the RTD but to the people that paid 92k before the patch and now over 1.5m what is this purpose? You're taking the piss.
Seriously... You just gave huge advantages to the ones who got to upgrade their weapon before the stupid patch. Good job Redfox.

Why can't you provide us with patch notes and why do we have to wait so long for a response all the time? You want players to stay and then you make it even harder for people to progress.
Another shutdown in the space of less than an hour, patch notes don't exist but they raise the prices of the Dragon Statues.

XP is horrible now and what is up with the statue pricing why would you even increase it?? what was wrong with it before?! You guys have this many players and you won't even communicate or respond to anyones questions your not even bloody telling us what your plans are and what your doing? You should be thankful to have gotten this much players after the mess CBT was and yet patch after patch day after day your making things worse..... With no communication between players and Devs this server isn't going to last and that pisses me off because i was really looking forward to playing.

If you claim you can't change the base rate, put on a permanent xp/skillexp bonus until JWG can get it sorted. You're saying it cannot be changed because the other versions have the same rates, but I'm pretty sure every user here knows that that's simply not true.

I am generally pretty understanding and forgiving. I understand you're new to 9Dragons and trying to make things fun for us. But let's look at this. We aren't new to 9dragons. We've been here since Acclaim had the game roughly ten years ago. We've seen numerous versions, numerous "we know best" "we're trying our best" attempts by a large number of publishers. Take our word on what we need. Help us get the game where it needs to be. Not to speak ill of you publishers or developers, but you clearly don't know what the hell you're doing. Respond to us. Work with us. Most importantly, inform us of when you're going to do a maintenance. You can put an in-game message about a maintenance coming up in 15 minutes. You can do better than a ten second, "oh **** I'm surrounded by mobs, low health and you're shutting the server?" Seriously. Hate to have to put it this way, be responsible and have a care.
Actualy my friend Pamy (soda) had a 9d server. Maybe he could assist. But if RedFox wont follow the most basic feedbacks , no hope for advanced aspects.

What makes them a good publisher? I'd like to know that. Here is a growing list of reasons they are showing otherwise. Keep in mind, this isn't me bashing them on what's to come. It's calling them on what they've displayed. 1. Lack of communication with players. (The most important.) 2. A lack of urgency as far as updating players as to the status of the game. (I'm counting this as separate from number 1. Not talking direct feedback. I'm talking about the fact they can't throw up a quick, "We're looking into the problem, sit tight) as far as these frequent crashes and likely rollbacks.) 3. Inability to keep their story straight. (Instills a doubt and feeling of unease in players) 4. Inability to resolve in-game bugs. ( A number of bugs ranging from larger to smaller that at least a portion of should be attended to by now.) 5. Making the game pay to win. ( From 60k to 1.2 Mil? You ******' kidding me?) Shall I go on?
