Rate for perm scrolls in top 10?

is it really hard to get one? Wondering if I'd trade my carats for the boxes and test my luck or just trade for Hawkhunter o-o

If I were you I wouldn't even waste time on the Top 10 Scroll Box. Btw you can easily get them from Events if they ever do them that give those as prizes or you can collect 5 Golden Tickets and trade it in for a Top 10 Scroll Box and maybe you'll get lucky to get the scroll that you want. Rather than having to waste probably more than $50 just to get at least 1 or 2 perm scrolls from that box.

Got Hitman 30 days just today from that 5 golden tickets to Top 10 scroll box

 

So far I only manage to get Stinger, Dragon, Rage and Wing Chun from the Top 10 Scroll Box that was given out FREE multiple times in multiple events.

 

opened 5 got 2 perm

 

It's got like a 30-ish% of getting anything perm, but tbh it's a box that your better off getting for free as opposed to buying it kind of like enigma chests

 

like 40-50%

 

If they have events than I'll wait. I'll just try to trade for Hawkhunter. I only have enough to trade for 3 boxes so my odds are low

 

I got zin tkd zin karate stinger and lighting from the free top 10 boxes given out in events. as well as some exo's but I don't use exos, so exos = carat coupons

( I would say, trade a TRUSTED PLAYER *there is a thread with legit traders listed in it* for hawk hunter, or whatever you want. Even if you get a perm from the cash cow boxes, it might not be something you want. chances get lower and lower and nimonix gets richer and richer.)
