Yin hangzhou bugged

    Im currently in the Hangzhou Zone, It appears bugged.

    All skills missing, cant access storage or move anything in bags at all, its treating me as if im level 1, with any action I carry out giving a tip for that action.

    I have tried a full restart and still nothing.

    GCM is still bugged, can't use skills on mobs!
    2 runs and all I can do is turn on steps/meditation rest skills is not working.. even LF is not working!

    The map has restarted again and you should be able to attack monsters now.
