how'bout try and fix it for a change, cuz same **** is still hapenning with the log in event. especially us who already got the 51% ticket, we constantly get DC ''accepting '' the log in rewards.
Please make sure that you log out then log back in to receive the Day 1 rewards. Make sure that you also update your client as it is currently working for most players that logged in today. Make sure that you also receive any previous Login Rewards before you log in/log out and it should reset to Day 1. Thank you
Update 8/22/19: As a bonus if you logged in between when the initial event started August 13, 2019 we will be giving a Premium Service (1Day) as compensation to players for the Summer/Login Event issues. We want to thank you for your patience through out this issue and make sure you claim your Premium Service(1Day) via "Receive Gift" on the Login Screen. Once retrieved the items will be sent directly to your Warehouse. Make sure you have room on your Warehouse to receive the gift. Any account logged in from August 13, 2019 to August 20, 2019 Before Maintenance will receive the Premium Service (1 Day). Thanks everyone
Are you able to receive a reward with the prompted Day 16? If so please take the reward, log out, relaunch the launcher, and see if you received the Day 1 reset. Please send in a Support Ticket, if you haven't already, so we can communicate directly with the account that is affected by the issue. Thank you.
The PS should be added to "Receive Gift" function on the Login Character Selection Screen. The account also have to have been logged in from August 13, 2019 to August 20, 2019 Before Maintenance to receive it.

Update 8/23/2019: We just restarted the servers and should fix the Day 16 error that some players experienced. Please check if you are able to receive the scheduled Day rewards today.
