I traded with BankingClone account as shown in the attached pictures. She got my item but didn't return me CC . I had traded to her about 01h00 to 02h00 18/6/2019 server time. Today I saw the account [Mr] [Ben selling my items on the stand in HeiFei. I sent a picture of her accepting my item to GM, but GM did not check the transaction, GM still tolerated that account to sell goods in HF. I have picture my tiger ex on my account, and picture tiger ex on stand of [Mr][Ben. People don't buy items with account [Mr] account [Ben, he's a fraud. Without recharging credits, GM allowed fraudsters to operate in this game
Heya Rain! We would have been able to assist you if you had a clear and legible evidence of a trade agreement. However, since you don't have anything of the sort in your screenshots, we can't assist you further. Outside of having a trade agreement, we are only reimburse items that were lost due to a bug or server error. Saying you got scammed and claiming another user has your items isn't enough for us to do anything. Banking Clone is a scammer. One of the facebook he uses is this one: https://www.facebook.com/phuong.nhat.1291 Cheated in Paypal, cc, and items. Beware.
He most likely did get scam but the problem is, they prob used facebook, so theres no in game support for that. not really sure if you guys would help him if he uses 3rd pt chat to make a cc deal.
