Thought you were a decent guy until I got disconnected from your room ohAiro and Prez -- whichever of you did it. I won't be 1v1ing you again -- good games though. @UNFKNREFORMED
Bruh I was watching and you were literally less than 10% hp every win to a player who just started less than a month ago, this isn't even something to be happy about
First off, I'm perplexed as to why you posted this statement. If she did get me less than 10% on all our matches (which she didn't if you look up above) and she did start "a month ago" than that deserves to applaud by itself as I started a few months ago as well -- it was a fair match. Second off, I have no recollection of her telling me when she started, so I'm assuming you're either the person that got 9-2'd or your just someone who wants some forum clout with three likes. Regardless, it doesn't matter whether a person wins with more than 10% of their health, it only counts to see whose face is on the pavement. I don't pay attention to my health bar as it makes you more prone to make mistakes and frisky about specific decisions that could lead to victory. Not only that but from my perspective she didn't have a set style, and she lured subconsciously. This lead me to conclude that I didn't need to fight her head on and I'd spar with her so that she could learn how to be adaptive during a fight. If you paid attention, I gave her advice and applauded her during all of our matches. I even told her that we could spar whenever she wanted. If you thought this thread was to make light of my match with her your poorly mistaken. I would never make someone feel undermined during a match with me as you nor your opponent aren't able to grow — players who use scrolls such as Shoot Boxing, Zin TKD, etc. like to undermine their opponents by taunting them while using simple combos and aggravating their opponent so they can't think. This is a negative experience on both ends since the player utilizing the scroll thinks they are polished and the player being taunted can't think and maintain a clear head to fight. I realized this while fighting some old players and asking why they didn't use any of the newer scrolls. While some gave some perplexing answers, one person that they were "too complex." This may have been a long explanation, but in retrospect, I love strategy and critical thinking — a lot of the 1v1 community like to boast while using simple scrolls such as Shoot Boxing and think that they're superb at fighting. However, they're just limiting themselves, and in reality, they can only believe while retaining 2-3 combos in their head. I posted this thread for fun, and I want to see new players like her grow. I'm not as cynical as you may perceive and I'm here to help, not to break down.
