Reading tome/book "Cannot understand the details yet"

Hi guys,
Just recently i saw that when i try to read a skillbook for x2 skill xp or the tome Antidote of Cave, that i get a red message saying "Cannot understand the details yet.". After that, the tome doesn't get read and i dont get any effect from it.
Does anyone know the reason behind this? For example the x2 skill xp book i was always able to use before, but not now :/

Hey, I'm sorry if the 9dragons community treated your community like trash, I wasn't even playing 9dragons back then.. And therefore I haven't joined them in doing this. Have fun gaming Maybe one day i'll try this game

 

Ooooo 9dragon, nvm, 9dragon community are good. at least it wasn't RFOnline and Tweleve Sky 2 community.
If you try da game, be prepare for the toxic where we have hackers, ddosers, strong talk trash and toxicity. Unlike other game what you expect to. That's my little advice for you if you want to try Rumble Fighter out. :>
