Not quite. I bought 100$ in boxes last night and got perm: 3x Savate 2x Tempest Sumo Fearless Black Fearless Marang Cancer Dark Slayer 2x Blood Mage Blood Lord Incinerate Inferno BK Lighning Blades 2x BK Sheep Shadow Ninjutsu And I might be forgetting a few. All I wanted was Parkour, I know it's not even a great scroll I just love the way it looks qq EDIT: Forgot SoC, LM-02 Black x2, Attack Booster Black, Zin TKD Black, Alkane, 2x Hung Gar and Pencak Edit^2: I bought 50$ after the initial 100$ and got basically all timed stuff, with the exception of another blood mage and another tempest, so it seems like it's probably just RNG.

yeah, I was purely after parkour but i walked away between these ones and 100$ during the christmas spender's with almost everything, so i can't complain at all... but i really don't think that the rates were nerfed.
Oh, pencak is undoubdetly better, but i've had pencak since OGP, I got it from a box and xferred it to GC. Didn't want it because i already have it, but at the present time i have i think 5 copies of it? I'm only saving them in case they EVER decide to come out with a trading system, because I don't need the carats from selling them THAT badly lol
